Levi's 'Prague' TV ad with Scott Hardkiss music

Classic Levi's ad - "In Prague you can trade them for a car."

While by all accounts it is not true that in 1995 you could trade a pair of Levi jeans for an East German–made Trabant car, it makes a good opportunity for a video. The black-and-white advertisement showed some still rundown areas of Prague but the city was already well on its way toward modernizing, and bartering on the street was already a thing of the past. The ad featured music by Scott Hardkiss, an electronic music pioneer who died in 2013 at the age of 43.
